Baptist Health and UAMS bring together a strong academic mission with community outreach that spans the state of Arkansas. This program is primarily based in the BHMC-North Little Rock campus although the residents will have clinical training, access to grand rounds and other academic activities through the UAMS, Baptist Health campuses in Little Rock and Fort Smith, the North Little Rock Community Mental Health Center and the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. An important goal of this program is to train physicians to live and serve in and around Arkansas. We are seeking bright, motivated, capable applicants whose passions in medicine align with this goal. We only accept applications through the Association of American Medical Colleges’ ERAS system and participate in the NRMP Match Program.
