Angela Driskill is a Wound Care Specialist who practices in both hospital and clinic settings. She graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and completed her Family Medicine residency training, serving as Chief Resident, at the UAMS Area Health Education Center (AHEC) in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Dr. Driskill initially worked as an Emergency Medicine physician for several years, which allowed her the flexibility to be at home with her children. In 2005, her focus shifted as she trained in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. She has actively practiced in that arena ever since, maintaining a Wound Care Certification for Physicians, Board Certification in Preventive Medicine: Underseas and Hyperbaric Medicine, in addition to maintaining her Family Medicine Board Certification.
Dr. Driskill is passionate about teaching new physicians, with hopes of imparting her skills, aiming to impart her skills, compassion and motivation to the next generation.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Driskill and her husband, Gerald, find joy in traveling, cycling, and cherishing time with their family, particularly their two precious grandchildren.
