Dr. Spradley is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and received much of his education in central Arkansas. He attended Hendrix College for his undergraduate degree in Psychology. He then attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before leaving the area to pursue a combined residency training experience. He completed a Triple Board residency program in Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Spradley has now joined the Baptist Health-UAMS Psychiatry program faculty, seeing patients and supervising residents in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, but also spends a small portion of his time working with Family Medicine Residents seeing Pediatric patients at the school based clinic in Lonoke, Arkansas. His interests include primary and preventative care, LGBTQ+ care, and teaching. In his free time, Dr. Spradley enjoys running, gardening, and working on crochet projects of all kinds.
