Dr. Hall is double board certified in general and child adolescent psychiatry. She completed medical school, General Psychiatry residency, and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). After training, she spent time working in a community mental health setting before joining the Baptist team. She started the Child & Adolescent Clinic at Baptist Health Behavioral Health Clinic-NLR in October 2024, where she sees patients ages 5-18. Dr. Hall shares, “Our children and teens are facing unprecedented mental health challenges, and my goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for them… the focus is on individualized care while meeting patients and their families where they are. My vision and goal for our clinic is to connect with our patients and their families, to provide evidence-based care to help them on their journey to reach their full potential, and to educate future generations of physicians in effort to increase access to care for our patients.” When asked how her journey led to Baptist, Dr. Hall shares, “Part of what drew me to Baptist Health is that our organization recognizes the importance of identifying and treating mental health conditions as early as possible, acknowledges the down-stream implications of untreated mental health concerns, and makes quality patient care a priority. Baptist has seen the missing access to child/adolescent psychiatric care in our area, and they have shown dedication to meeting the needs of our community. That is how the Baptist Health Behavioral Health Child & Adolescent Clinic was started. Their emphasis on quality care aligns with mine.” Dr. hall and her husband have three children together, and they enjoy making family memories together during their free time.
