WHY I LOVE THE BAPTIST HEALTH-UAMS INTERNAL MEDICINE PROGRAM

It’s a fantastic to institution to practice medicine. We have a really cohesive and tight-knit group of residents that all support each other making it a pleasure to come to work everyday. The faculty and staff are truly invested in the residents’ learning and professional development – everyone wants to see and be a part of your success, which is refreshing from a residency program. Also, The Lean Six Sigma approach to the QI projects is groundbreaking with respect to residency programs being directly involved in process improvement when it comes to patient care.
