WHY I LOVE THE BAPTIST HEALTH-UAMS INTERNAL MEDICINE PROGRAM

This is a wonderful place to train. The faculty are heavily invested in both our personal and professional successes. It’s not a training program, it’s a big family. In addition, the culture diversity among the residents is amazing. I have been in few situations where there is as much diversity and camaraderie in one place.
