WHY I LOVE THE BAPTIST HEALTH-UAMS INTERNAL MEDICINE PROGRAM

Starting when you enter at the front desk, all the way down to the program coordinator, manager and director, all the team members are kind, welcoming, supportive and positive. My dear resident friends are smart, hardworking and always up for sharing good times outside of the hospital; everyone is willing to work together and enjoys doing so. Our community-based hospital is big enough to get constant exposure to interesting and unique cases but small enough to give you a chance to work and learn one by one with all faculty who are all dedicated to teaching. Every day, I feel blessed to being a part of this great team.

THE ONE THING I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT ME

I am a happy traveler; so far i visited 14 countries in Europe and 24 states in the USA; and one more thing, If I am hungry, I am angry.

WHAT I DO FOR FUN

As I said, I am a traveler and I also like to go on walks with my family discovering new trails in different state parks. I also love making time to go to the beach and collecting shells with my daughter.

RESEARCH/SCHOLARSHIP

I always enjoyed to be a part of research team; I was involved a lot of retrospective research studies, evaluating clinical parameters and patient outcomes; I found this very rewarding and enjoyed learning from our own experience.
